Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 19, 2026

Acceptance of terms

By using Morse Code Translator (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of service

Morse Code Translator is a free, browser-based tool that converts text to Morse code and Morse code to text, with optional audio and light-signal playback. The Service is provided "as is", without any account or subscription required.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service in a way that could impair it for other users.

No warranty

The Service is offered free of charge and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Morse Code Translator should not be relied on as the sole means of communication in safety-critical or emergency situations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morse Code Translator and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Intellectual property

The Service's design, code, and branding belong to Morse Code Translator. Any text you enter into the translator remains yours — as described in our Privacy Policy, it is processed locally in your browser and is never collected or stored by us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
